The registration fee includes the following services: full access to the congress (excluding the UNESCO Day), admission to conferences, symposia and workshops, official documentation, coffee breaks, and activities listed in the scientific program.

Registration is mandatory for anyone giving an oral presentation or participating in a symposium.

For the day of February 18, 2026, co-organized with UNESCO, a specific registration form will need to be completed by all conference participants (details to be provided in November 2025).
Registration for the single day of February 18, 2026, at UNESCO will be free of charge, subject to availability and certain conditions. It will be done directly via the UNESCO website. This registration will give access to the plenary conferences of the day as well as to the content associated with this day.

Any requests for on-site or special payment arrangements must be received by us no later than November 20, 2025, for a return no later than November 30, 2025, in order to qualify for the preferential rate.

Payment methods (bank transfer, credit card or secure platform) will be specified once registrations open.

The order forms and proof of payment  will be available upon request. A personal or institutional invoice can also be issued for administrative purposes.
